Frequently asked questions

My order hasn't arrived yet. Where is it?

We will send you an email once your order has been fully processed. A tracking number will be made available once our dispatch team has this. You can log into your account by clicking here, and navigating to your orders page.

From there, you should be able to track your order. 

If it has been longer than 10 business days since your order was placed, and you still haven't received your delivery, please contact us as soon as possible.

Do you deliver on public holidays?

Some couriers will deliver on public holidays, though this is on a courier-to-courier basis, and we do not have control over the delivery process. 

We are generally closed during public holiday periods, so please allow additional time for dispatch and deliveries during busy public holiday periods. 

Do you deliver to my postcode?

If the copy becomes distracting in the design then you are doing something wrong or they are discussing copy changes. It might be a bit annoying but you could tell them that that discussion would be best suited for another time. At worst the discussion is at least working towards the final goal of your site where questions about lorem ipsum don’t.

Do I need to be there to sign for my delivery?

Most deliveries will need a signature on delivery, however, this ultimately depends on the courier and whether or not there is a safe place to leave your delivery.
